Throughout this series of workshops you will cultivate a deeper awareness of your body, identify the source of your pain, restriction or postural imbalance and learn yoga asana, movement and self-massage techniques that will strengthen, soften and balance your unique body, encouraging greater freedom of movement, ease and vitality.
Our focus will be on the fascia of the body, which is a continuous network that connects every part of us. From bones to muscles to organs, it shapes us, moves us and communicates as a whole body-wide system. You do not need to understand anatomy or even have a yoga practice - this is for anyone who wants to feel empowered to heal themselves.
